A message to the people of West Virginia, from the people of West Virginia.
We’ve been taken for fools long enough.
Our State and nation are in turmoil now because of hatred, ego, and greed masquerading as righteousness.
We can stop it.
Forget party labels for a moment and look at the people asking for our trust:
For Governor: Two men with remarkably different character and intention are running for this critically important office.

STEVE WILLIAMS: Mayor of Huntington since 2012, the grandson of West Virginia coal miners, Williams grew up in the southern coalfields.
-
On his watch, Huntington won the top $3 million prize in the America’s Best Communities competition, besting 350 contenders.
-
Huntington is now ranked by U.S. News among the 100 Best Places to Live in the U.S., and among the 50 best places to retire.
-
He built a successful career in banking and finance where he helped individuals, small businesses, and corporations achieve their goals.
-
People who have known him his whole life agree he is a person of high integrity, works well with other people, and brings out the best in them.
PATRICK MORRISEY: Our current Attorney General was born in New York City, raised and educated in New Jersey, and came to WV in 2006 after losing a NJ primary race for Congress.
-
Lobbied for Big Pharma companies directly responsible for the opiate scourge that has bulldozed our people and economy.
-
Repaid his backers by suing the EPA to limit protecting our land and water.
-
Joined bogus out-of-state lawsuits trying to overturn the 2020 presidential election.
-
Wastes taxpayers’ time and money pursuing politically motivated lawsuits that have no impact on ordinary West Virginians.

For U.S. Senate: We have a clear choice. One is a showman. The other is an actual leader.

GLENN ELLIOTT: West Virginia’s 2022 Mayor of the Year worked alongside fellow citizens to revive Wheeling, his hometown.
-
As mayor from 2016-2024, Wheeling has become one of the fastest growing economies in West Virginia.
-
Honed his devotion to service and the U.S. Constitution as legislative assistant to U. S. Senator Robert C. Byrd.
-
He was named winner of the 2023 James C. Hunt Lifetime Achievement Award for outstanding, exceptional leadership.
-
Honest, humble, and kind, he is determined to put people and action over politics.
JIM JUSTICE: Our current governor has shown, in ways large and small, that he thinks he is above the law.
-
Is consistently delinquent in paying creditors and the State, threatening the well-being of thousands of employees.
-
Does not keep his word or honor his contracts, driving West Virginia small businesses into bankruptcy by slow paying or stiffing them entirely.
-
Embarrasses our state’s people with cheap theatrics.
-
Ignores state law requiring him to live in the capital city.
